Three for Me—A Little Means A Lot

Three for Me is a PTA program designed to effectively involve parents and families in support of children and their education. Three For Me is a promise, a promise from parent to school and a promise from parent to child. By signing a promise card, parents commit to volunteer 3 hours or more of their time to school. Whether parents make copies for a teacher, have lunch with their child at school, help at a PTSA group events, or other acts of service are important. In addition, there are opportunities for volunteerism, even in the home. If a parent/guardian works and has limited availability, the PTSA will take the role to find activities for those parents can do from home to fulfill their promise.

With Three for Me, you will find

  • creative ways to connect all families to their child’s school and education,
  • ideas to strengthen home-school-community partnerships,
  • and resources to motivate parents.

Why is Three For Me Important?
Parents play an important role in the life of a child. Involvement in their child’s education at both school and home is vital!
